We cannot guarantee against warping and bowing after a timber product has left our premises.

Doors and ironmongery maybe returned for a refund according to the manufacturers returns procedures. If you are unsure where the product is manufactured please inquire with the staff.

All returns are subject to pending an inspection before a refund is granted.
